Most
significantly, this new version has provisions
for a deposit and how that deposit will be
applied or refunded. Version
2.0 also adds an indemnification clause
wherein the buyer agrees to indemnify the
seller if the seller is sued as a result of
the buyer’s actions. It
also includes more identifying information
regarding the horse to be sold (e.g.,
